Minerva is definitely a kinder, gentler (well, at least not sociopathic) and above all fairer Headm*st*r* than Albus was. Of course she has the advantage of having the job in a post-Voldemort era, but still...
The Baron is a Slytherin, albeit a dead Slytherin, but a Slytherin nonetheless with a millennium of experience of learning just what that means. (And as a ghost, he's privy to a great many things most aren't.) Anyone thinking he just resorts to scary intimidation to get things done doesn't understand the Snakes at all. Pfft.
New story up in the series that brings the Blaisender and Grape storylines together. (Interconnected.) May have written it with a couple of peeps in mind... 😉😘
